At Commercial Vermin Control (CVC), we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

A scheduled service is cancelled by the customer at least 24 hours in advance

CVC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal error or operational failure

A service was paid for in advance but was not delivered
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after the service has been completed

Pest return due to failure to follow post-service instructions or maintain the property

Situations beyond our control, such as environmental factors or third-party interference
Service Guarantee
We are committed to providing effective vermin control solutions. If you're not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will investigate and may offer a follow-up service or partial refund, depending on the issue.
Cancellations

Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
