Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via our official booking channels.
All bookings must be made with at least 24 hours notice as we may need to alert the authorities in the local area.
Payment is required in full upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed. Some services may require an upfront deposit.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds may be issued if services have not been rendered, subject to our refund policy. No refunds are given for completed work unless under exceptional circumstances.
Service Limitations
CVC will make every reasonable effort to eliminate pests and prevent recurrence. However, results may vary depending on environmental conditions, property maintenance, and customer cooperation.
Health & Safety
All treatments are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. Clients must follow all post-treatment advice provided by our technicians.
Liability
CVC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pest infestations or the treatment process. We are also not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural issues.
Property Access
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at agreed-upon times. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling fees.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on our website and promotional materials are the property of CVC and may not be used without written permission.
